Thank you for shopping with ReadyCraft Kids! Below you’ll find details about how and when we ship your craft collections.
Subscription Shipping
ReadyCraft Kids boxes ship once per month, between the 15th and the 22nd..
• New subscribers who sign up before the monthly cutoff date will receive that month’s box.
• Orders placed after the cutoff will receive the following month’s box.
• You will receive tracking information once your box ships.
Exact shipping dates may vary slightly from month to month.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship via USPS Ground Advantage (or similar service). Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on location.
Please note that once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery speed is outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
• Please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
• Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark items delivered early.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help initiate a claim if applicable.
ReadyCraft Kids is not responsible for packages delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged Items
If your box arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
